The Service

Theater Activations helps theater and cinema teams generate activation ideas and promotional concepts for movie releases.

The service may use movie discovery data, user-provided campaign details, artificial intelligence, and location-based partner discovery tools to generate recommendations.

The service is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid plans, subscriptions, usage limits, premium features, or other paid offerings in the future. Any pricing or payment terms will be presented before purchase.

Generated Ideas

Theater Activations provides activation ideas, recommendations, and planning suggestions for informational purposes only.

Generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, impractical, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. You are solely responsible for evaluating, modifying, approving, and implementing any activation plan before use.

Nothing generated by the service should be considered legal, financial, insurance, safety, licensing, operational, marketing, or professional advice.

You are responsible for independently verifying all recommendations, costs, timelines, partner information, availability, permits, requirements, and business assumptions before taking action.

Local Partner Suggestions

The service may suggest local businesses, organizations, vendors, venues, or community partners based on publicly available information.

We do not verify the availability, pricing, suitability, quality, responsiveness, willingness to participate, or current operating status of any suggested partner.

Any relationship, agreement, communication, or transaction between you and a suggested partner is solely between you and that third party.

No Business Outcome Guarantee

We do not guarantee that any activation, recommendation, campaign, partnership, event, promotion, or idea generated by the service will increase attendance, ticket sales, concession revenue, audience engagement, customer satisfaction, social media activity, or any other business outcome.

Results will vary based on market conditions, execution quality, audience preferences, competition, timing, and other factors outside of our control.

AI-Generated Content

Theater Activations uses artificial intelligence to assist in generating activation ideas.

AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, inaccurate assumptions, outdated information, or recommendations that are not appropriate for your circumstances.

You acknowledge that all generated content requires human review and approval before implementation.

You remain solely responsible for any decisions, actions, campaigns, events, partnerships, or expenditures made based on information generated by the service.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for securing all permissions, approvals, staffing, vendors, insurance, safety procedures, accessibility requirements, local permits, partner participation, intellectual property rights, brand approvals, and any other requirements necessary to execute an activation.

You may not use the service to:

  • Violate any law or regulation
  • Infringe the rights of others
  • Submit information you are not authorized to share
  • Attempt to access systems without authorization
  • Abuse rate limits or security controls
  • Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer the service
  • Use automated systems or bots without permission
  • Interfere with the operation of the platform

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of information associated with your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account and should notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, content, policies, errors, outages, or actions of third-party providers.

TMDB Attribution

This website uses TMDB and the TMDB APIs but is not endorsed, certified, or otherwise approved by TMDB.

Movie data and imagery are provided by TMDB.

Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any portion of the service at any time.

This includes features, integrations, AI models, data sources, saved plans, rate limits, and account functionality.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page.

Continued use of the service after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Intellectual Property

Theater Activations, its software, branding, content, designs, functionality, and underlying technology are owned by Montoro6 Holdings LLC or its licensors.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service or any intellectual property rights associated with it.

You retain ownership of the information you submit to the platform.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, OR RELIABILITY.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of generated content.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MONTORO6 HOLDINGS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

THIS INCLUDES LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH IMPLEMENTING, MODIFYING, OR ABANDONING ACTIVATION PLANS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
